Any merchandise purchased from our store will be shipped within 10 business days.

All sales are final unless there is a manufactures defect witch will be determined once the item has been returned. All returns must be made within five days.

All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal, must be returned with your merchandise.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any items missing there original documentation.

All merchandise must be returned with a retrackable USPS shipping method all items must also be insured.

Merchandise that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

All fine jewelry must be returned in new unworn condition and will undergo quality inspection.
